LibonPost is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage that occurs as a result of fraudulent schemes. Scams may take a myriad of forms, in addition to those described below. We strongly encourage you to remain vigilant at all times and exercise caution when sharing your personal information
Fraud
LibonPost will not contact you to request your personal information. We also will not email or call you claiming that we have lost your customer records or asking you to verify your information
If you are concerned about the legitimacy of a communication (call, email or SMS) you have received from LibonPost contact us directly.
Recruitment
There are individuals who use the LibonPost name and tags in emails and websites in an attempt to solicit fees from interested job seekers. These scams may be called recruitment fees or immigration processing fees
The recruitment and staffing agencies we contract with to assist us in identifying candidates for specific positions within LibonPost will not charge applicants any advance fees of any kind.
Investment fraud
Fraudulent activity can also take the form of investment schemes that promise recipients a financial reward in exchange for personal, business or confidential information, front-end fees, facilities or advance payments. These scams may carry the LibonPost logo and may use email addresses posed as legitimate accounts
Money transfer/wire fraud
LibonPost will never issue a check and require a portion of that check to be returned via wire transfer or cash delivery service
Prize/promotion fraud based
LibonPost makes upgrades to its assets, but we will never enter a visitor into a promotion such as a contest, sweepstakes or giveaway without your express consent.
In the event that you win a prize in a LibonPost promotion we will never ask for a fee or fee to deliver that prize
