Financial fraud policy
You may not use the LibonPost Services in a manner that is intended to artificially amplify or limit information or engage in conduct that manipulates or disrupts people's experience on LibonPost .
We want Lebanon Post to be a place where people feel like they can make human connections and find reliable information. For this reason, you may not use the LibonPost Services to deceive others into sending you money or personal financial information through deceptive, fraudulent, or other fraudulent or deceptive methods.
What constitutes a violation of this policy?
Using deceptive methods on LibonPost to obtain money or private financial information is prohibited under this policy. You are not permitted to create accounts, post Tweets, or send private messages soliciting participation in such fraudulent schemes. Examples of prohibited deceptive tactics include:
Relationship tricks/trust building. You may not trick others into sending you money or personal financial information by operating a fake account or by pretending to be a public figure or organization.
Money flipping schemes. You may not engage in “money flipping” schemes (for example, guaranteeing someone will send you a large sum in exchange for a smaller initial payment via wire transfer or prepaid debit card).
Fraudulent discounts. You may not operate schemes offering discount offers to others in which the fulfillment of the offers is paid in exchange for the use of stolen credit cards and/or financial credentials.
Fraudulent deception methods. You may not pretend or suggest an affiliation with banks or other financial institutions to obtain the personal financial information of others. Keep in mind that other forms of fraud to obtain this information also constitute a violation of our Platform Tampering and Spam Policy.
What is not a violation of this policy?
As described above, LibonPost takes action on accounts that engage in phishing, fraudulent or other fraudulent tactics. LibonPost does not get involved in financial disputes between individuals who use LibonPost , such as:
Claims relating to the sale of goods on LibonPost .
Disputed refunds from individuals or brands.
Complaints of poor quality goods received.
Who can report violations of this policy?
Anyone can report accounts or Tweets via the reporting path. These reports are used in aggregate to refine our policy enforcement systems and identify trending topics and new and emerging behavior patterns, and you may not receive an individual response to your report.
What happens if I violate this policy?
The consequences of violating this policy depend on the type and severity of the violation as well as your history of prior violations. The actions we take include the following:
Challenges of combating spam accounts
When we detect suspicious levels of activity, the account is closed and required to provide additional information (such as phone number) or resolve a reCAPTCHA challenge.
Blacklist URLs
We blacklist or issue warnings about URLs that we believe to be unsafe. Read more about unsafe links, including how to file an appeal if we mistakenly consider your URL to be unsafe.
Delete tweets and temporarily close the account
If the violation is an isolated incident or the first offense, we may take a number of actions ranging from requiring the deletion of one or more Tweets to temporarily terminating the account(s). Any subsequent attempts to engage in phishing, fraud, or other fraudulent tactics will result in permanent suspension.
Permanent suspension
In cases of severe violations, accounts are permanently suspended from the first instance detected. Examples of severe violations include:
The majority of its behavior is in violation of the above policies;
Create accounts to replace or imitate suspended accounts.
